This session will be a discussion of various privacy-related topics, and policies with two privacy attorneys, moderated by an agency privacy professional.
We will center on practical tips and specific actions businesses can take to minimize their liability and improve their compliance while educating and empowering them with tools and resources for where to look when/if they have questions, a data breach should occur, etc.
Both attorneys in this conversation are privacy attorneys with the IAPP, and hold positions with the American Bar Association, Donata (CEO of Termageddon) focuses a lot of her research on US compliant privacy policies and state-by-state privacy policy updates, Rian (CEO of eCommLegal) focuses her attention more toward agency and vendor contracts, Data Protection Agreements, Audits, and Data Breach Response planning and implementation.
